No Refund, Exchange Only Policy

At The Real Opal Lee LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds—exchanges only are permitted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and an email will be sent to setup return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
